received so many lovely letters, emails and calls about our service that
we have recently decided to publish some for you to take a look at.
Dear Alison, just a line to say we are delighted with both Britserv
and your 2 guys (Dave & Steve), everything went as planned and they could
not have been more accommodating of all our last minute changes.
We were particularly impressed in the way they removed furniture
without scraping any paint off the walls whereas when it was delivered we
were left with gouges out of the plasterwork.
If you want to use us as a reference or to give a recommendation we
would be only too pleased to.

Hi Alison
This email is to say how wonderful you and Steve are!!! We couldn't
have done it without your sensible logistical planning and advice and the
lovely Steve's cool calm positive and level headed attitude. He is
amazing! He made what is a phyiscally and emotionally hard task and made
it a piece of cake!!!
He couldn't get rid of us though as when he left us on Monday we told him
that we were booked on the overnight ferry from Caen the next day and blow
me down so was he. We actually met him in the terminal!! Poor Man!

We would
certainly recommend Britserv every time. Punctual professional hardworking
and certainly took a lot of pressure of us as a family.

that he is doing a number of trips over the next few weeks, we need the

Finally we have got internet connection and more or
less settled down and really enjoying our new life.

After much trauma, mainly due to our
transfer of funds from the sale of our house in France not arriving
on time and being threatened with massive daily penalty charges, we
finally took possession of our bungalow here in Bourton on the Water
at the eleventh hour and were very satisfied with the excellent
service given by Britserv our removers - such lovely people who were
so helpful We are delighted with everything. Obviously making this
move was a big decision but we are thrilled with our new
environment. The village is lovely, the people are so friendly and
we have all the amenities within walking distance. Our bungalow
,about which we knew too little, is wonderful

Thanks for humping that sodding marble table in to the

organising the whole load. The timing of the pick up and delivery was

The apartment is great (the views - breathtaking! the skiing even
